Rates will be $139.00 per night for Guestrooms @ the Lodge.

1 Bedroom Barrel rooms (across the street) $189.00 per night

2 Bedroom Barrel rooms (across the street) $209.00 per night

They have camping available also. (No contract rates. Call to inquire)

Extra charges are Tax (currently 15% subject to change)

Lodge fee $17 per night. This includes:

•    Parking Pass

•    2 bottles water

•    Internet access

•    Newspaper (in lobby)

•    Gifts (fruit, cookies water, lemonade in lobby)

•    In room coffee, tea

•    Unlimited local, toll free, and long distance calls

•    Access to business center

•    Shuttle service to and from Helen

Cancellation policy is (7) days prior to reservation with no penalty.

Cut-off Date for Moose Rates:

Wednesday, August 27, 2025. After this date only on a space and rate available basis.

 

Moose Rates will be available for 2 days prior and 2 days post scheduled event, based on availability. You must "call in" to make reservation extensions to the above dates.
